Flower Mound Escape, LLC is located and ships from Jonesboro, LA.  We originally opened in Oklahoma but relocated in early 2022.  We are no longer able to offer shipping through UPS or pick up due to the relocation. 

Do you ship internationally? top

Not at this time. 

How long does shipping take? top

We ship as soon as we possibly can.  Our estimate is 2-3 business days from the time you order on all items that are in stock.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is placed for shipment.

Custom orders do take longer to ship as they have to be made.  Most custom orders will ship within 7-10 days.  

Once the item has left Flower Mound Escape, please use the tracking provided to see where your item is and when it is scheduled to arrive.  

What payments do you take? top

We process credit cards and accept payments primarily through PayPal at this time.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use a credit card as a guest.  There are other options available in the cart.
